Chambers work under difficult conditions, experiencing alternating deformations at high temperatures. Therefore, rubber for cameras should be airtight, flexible, resistant to heat aging, and not change their physical and mechanical properties at different ambient temperatures. The size of the chamber must strictly correspond to the size of the tire with which it is completed.

On the sides of the tire there is a sealing rubber layer that provides the necessary tightness in the landing zone on the shelves of the wheel rim. This is facilitated by the special design of the beads of tires, designed to increase the angle of inclination of the toe of the bead and the increased tension of the beads on the rims of the rims.

For tubeless tires, plug-in rubber-metal valves (fig) are used, which are installed in the valve holes of the rim with a tight fit.

increased reliability due to the lack of likelihood of rapid depressurization, which improves traffic safety at high speeds;
smaller mass and moment of inertia;
reduction by 50 … 70% of vehicle downtime on the way, since minor punctures can be repaired with a special paste without removing the tires from the wheel;
more than 10 … 12% mileage, which is achieved by the best temperature regime due to enhanced heat transfer from the tire to the rim and the stability of the internal air pressure in the tire, as well as the absence of friction between the tire and the camera;

At the same time, the use of tubeless tires requires careful assembly and dismantling. Damage to the side edges especially steel, can lead to depressurization tubeless tires. If the tire is damaged, it must be handled by specialists on the equipment intended for this purpose.

At loss of pressure it is impossible to move on a flat tire. This will lead to the destruction of the hermetic layer.

The camera is not inserted into the tubeless tire. At first glance, you increase the strength of the tire, in fact, an airbag is formed between the chamber and the pressure layer, which contributes to the destruction of the latter. If you increase the load on the wheel (for example: a sharp turn), the wheel may break.

There are claims to tubeless tires because of the weak sidewall. I want to say that it is not. No perfect tires. The manufacturer achieves from the tire not only strength, but also comfort while driving. It is the softness of the sidewall and gives a feeling of smoothness in motion. Having made a tough sidewall, we will be able to jump on our car along curbs and sewage wells while driving on an even and good road, we will feel uncomfortable.
